Warning and doc for neuprint_connection_table() #66

The documentation is ambiguous about if it one is allowed to use both PRE and POST. And there's no warning if both are used.

prepost  whether to look for partners presynaptic to postsynaptic to the given bodyids

I think the above is also in written in the same way in other connectivity functions.
