You now only need to set a default dataset for your neuPrint server when >1 are available.

Should close #68

NB Many file changes because of doc fixes that were somewhat related to this fix.

@romainFr @alexanderbates I am going to merge to master, but would be great if you could put this through its paces. It means that we no longer need to specify a default dataset in most cases.
