@alexanderbates I'm going to merge this now, but just a note that the meaning of the progress argument is changing slightly. In future the chunk argument provides a more flexible way to break up requests and progress will be automatic if you supply enough bodyids.

Also @romainFr this commit may give some ideas for how to chunk big requests if you are still working on this in #89.
