This PR improves the neuprint_get_paths and neuprint_get_shortest_paths

Results can be returned by ROI. When a ROI is used to filter, the weight threshold is applied to the weights inside the ROI
neuprint_get_paths has an option (TRUE by default) to exclude loops (i.e. paths containing several time the same node)
Small performance improvements

This is good to go on my end. Chunked by presynaptic neurons, so all queries can now be run.

Also made a small modif to neuprint_get_synapses as I noticed that chunk=FALSE was being ignored.
