What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be load per core (which is there), clock per core
(missing) and temperature (missong).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2 beta on Win7 x64 Enterprise

Please provide any additional information below.
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula

Please attach a Report created with "File / Save Report...".

Thought i'd just tag mine onto this post as it's very similar:

I have created a first version which should support the AMD family 15h CPUs.

http://openhardwaremonitor.org/files/openhardwaremonitor-v0.3.2.6-alpha.zip

Please check if now all information is displayed and if it is correct (for
example by comparing with CPU-Z and Core Temp).

Please post reports created with the new version as well.

Fixes the missing core speeds for all cores, but the CPU temperature still
doesn't seem right.

I think whatever is reporting as Temperature #1 (see screenshot) is the actual
CPU core temperature

Nearly there :)

EDIT: ignore the part about the CPU temp above, checked on a few different
utilities ( such as
http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?2008/03/14/23-what-is-occt ) and
i think it's actually correct :)
