Adding a command linking to the Acolytes youtube channel, for when people ask about watching old streams

Nevermind. I already updated the !help command to be alphabetized. I only had to change two lines in the code. I just pushed the change for !twitch-archive myself in https://github.com/natzert/PrintMakingBot/commit/84f64dc5b4ef970f701e5ada108f261baafcade5 so you don't have to wait. You should be all set now.
