#5 issue, angular & jquery interfaces added - just early prototype #14

If you agree with new sub-projects structure and approach, let me know please. This is initial import from TypeScript definitions - there is necessary a lot of hand changes , but I hope that we can continue, and there is not blocker. Subprojects can be compiled without errors.

Hi Alexander, it is only very raw prototype , I was waiting for your response. The code is compilable, but not usable. I want discuss project layout before doing final version. Let me know when you will be online - ready for discussion. Thanx, JuBu

Now we have @Typescripted macro annotation, so this is probably not needed anymore.
