Explanation of the json format of Sustech #158

Hi @naurril ,

I hope you're doing well,

I just want to ask you the format of Sustech

1 - is the "position" the center coordinate of the bbox? 2 - is the "rotation" calculate in radian? or degree? 3 - is the scale the measure un meter of the bbox?
