There is no "pageid" parameter to File.__init__ #33

Short explanation of the problem:

In the docstring of File.__init__, "pageid" is listed as a parameter. However, 
it is not.

Expected behavior:

File.__init__ should accept "pageid" as a parameter and pass it to 
page.Page.__init__ as the last parameter
