Convert images to mono format and resize - Get Pillow working #1

Pillow is now working.

Need to resize wireless png and convert. Need to cut up and resize battery jpg and convert

Wireless png converted to mono format but not displaying properly. Battery jpg cut up and converted to mono is displaying but not accurately.

Need to investigate image to mono conversion tool or perhaps find better quality source images.
