Run tests on multiple versions of Go #163

Follow up to https://github.com/nautilus/gateway/pull/161

Adds GitHub Actions test runs for all compatible versions of Go.

Note: The line endings were mixed in my editor (possibly my fault) so I converted them to unix line endings and standard file permissions. I'm happy to revert that if you like 👍
