Updates for mkdocs. #123

1) I have not, I moved it forward because features were needed 2) Nautobot, pynautobot are both on versions close to this or this 3) Will do, wonder how we can automate this.

Read through all of them. Nothing that looks to deviate from SemVer. Interesting that the combination we have been using works at all. Found this nugget in release notes for 9.1.19: Added support for MkDocs 1.5+

I think this is ready to go, but we'll hold on merging PRs for a wee bit until we release v2.3.0.

I've updated this PR with changes tested in https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot-app-dev-example/pull/37 to fix #147 and update dependencies to latest for docs builds.

It also fixes the edit-uri to make show/edit file buttons work correctly in rendered docs.
