Migrate IPFabric SSoT Sync Command #317

Environment

Expected Behavior

IPFabric command to run SSoT Sync Job is found in ChatOps project.

Observed Behavior

The command to run the SSoT Sync Job is currently in the SSoT project repo. Having the command in the SSoT project is causing issues with dependencies as we're tied to ChatOps dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install ChatOps into Nautobot.
  2. Look for IPFabric SSoT Job command.
