Proposed Functionality

Expose Prometheus metrics for this app including, but not limited to:

• [ ] Average Duration of Maintenances
• [ ] Average Duration of Maintenances per Provider
• [ ] QTY Upcoming Maintenances
• [ ] QTY Maintenances upcoming this week
• [ ] Average Number of Maintenances Per Month
• [ ] Average Number of Maintenances Per Month Per Region
• [ ] Average Number of Maintenances Per Month Per Site
