v2.0 release note not linked from docs #174

Environment

nautobot-design-builder version: 2.0.0

Expected Behavior

Release notes for v2.0.0 to be discoverable by users

Observed Behavior

Although https://docs.nautobot.com/projects/design-builder/en/latest/admin/release_notes/version_2.0/ exists, it is not linked from the table of contents in https://docs.nautobot.com/projects/design-builder/en/latest/admin/release_notes/, unlike the v1.x release notes.

I believe this is now fixed.
