Support for modular switches and routers

Add device components from the Inventory->Parts Numbers. And add them to the appropriate device bays.
Add in the Technology -> Platforms -> Stacks for the switches

Currently it does not add stacked switches or any of the interface modules (NIMS) in the routers.

It would be used to move the modular switches and routers around in the inventory and keep better tabs on physical inventory.
