I have re-installed nautobot from scratch, & the post upgrade command is working. However, I am not seeing any Data Sources after installing ACI SSOT –
@.***
I have used the below command to install ACI SSOT –
pip install nautobot-ssot[aci]

nautobot server post upgrade completed
Getting below error - connection to server at "localhost" (127.0.0.1), port 5432 failed: Connection refused Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?
