IP Fabric Bug - Host bits set in network column #561

Environment

nautobot-ssot version: 3.1.0

Expected Behavior

IP Fabric bug NIM-15635 (Fix Version 7.0): 'net' column has host bits set.

Observed Behavior

Oct 02 16:36:08 sa-integrations01a nautobot-server[18812]:     raise ValueError('%s has host bits set' % self)
Oct 02 16:36:08 sa-integrations01a nautobot-server[18812]: ValueError: 10.193.0.62/26 has host bits set
