Fixes #135

Improved documentation landing page
Also implement sphinx-autobuild for drafting documentation
Added invoke sphinx command to tasks.py to simplify writing docs
Updated invoke.example.yml for the project rename
Pinned nautobot dependency to develop branch for now since it has unreleased upstream fixes.
Update version to v1.0.0-alpha.0
Also expand pyproject.toml with more metadata fields
