Update pyproject.toml #183

With the previous value the installation of the plugin meant a degraded version of nautobot being installed, even if you have a later version.

With the change we will be able to use a later version of nautobot without any downgrade problems.

Thanks for the PR! It would be good to get CI testing against newer versions of Nautobot (a la #174) in place before we integrate this change, I think.

The next branch has been updated to 1.5.x, will take care of this then.
