Support Newer Versions of Nautobot #190

Are there any plans to support modern versions of Nautobot? I see this plugin only supports version 1.2.x of Nautobot and current releases are sitting at 1.5. Additionally, compatibility between this plugin and other plugins (such as the BGP plugin) is broken due to the old version of Nautobot needed.

+1, this would be a great plugin if it were compatible with 2.x (or even if it's functionality were part of Nautobot Core). Change control in a source of truth system is a no-brainer.
