On main page for a branch, have a button available to checkout the branch #36

The main page for a given branch should have the option to checkout the branch (if checkout is still possible)

This would be especially useful because on the ListView page for branches, many users end up clicking on the branch name instead of the checkout button. Having a checkout button on the branch's main page would let the user quickly check it out, instead of having to go back to the branch ListView page

Makes sense. Use "Active" button.

Change verbage from "checkout" to "activate"
