Allow site to work in category mode for both mileage and display

Category can be set by url:-

&category=school

Or from a drop down on the site.

Categories will be:-

Each category type will have a different marker type on the map

If entering mileage when in category "All" you will be mandated to select your category. Otherwise it will be assumed. This will add attributes "category" to the add_feature call

You will need to send a filter for categories for the league table report and get_geojson call
