zigzag operation missing properties #171

The new and improved zigzag operation is great. It's very close to useful
for me but still missing a couple key properties.  Specifically it doesn't
t have options for vertical and horizontal feed rates.  It's also missing
options for a material allowance.  This would be very nice to do both
roughing and finishing passes.

I added all the properties to do with depth of cut and feedrates, for the zigzag
operation. The feedrates work OK, but the depth of cut properties are ignored, 
for
now. ( These will replace z0 and z1 soon ). I haven't added material allowance, 
yet,
but I hope to.
