Contour inside circle after pocket operation repeats final cut ~80 times

Firstly: Amazing software!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached heeks file
2. Press GO
3. Save NC file
4. look at NC file or simulate it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that it finishes the pocket and does a final pass as a 
profile operation on the inside of the outer circle.  Instead it does the final 
pass, then repeats the same circular toolpath around 80 more times.  In the 
attached heeks file, it only happens on the outer circle (the closest to the 
CNC Origin).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP 
Heeks 0.13.1
Not sure how to find the Heeks CNC Version

Please provide any additional information below.
I'd love to help but my python isn't that strong... yet :)

I think you might have a problem with your geometry.  The two inner circles 
have 30 elements each but the outer has over 2900.  Are you sure you don't have 
multiple stacked copies?
