waterline results in no g-code #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached file
2. Click Postprocess
3. rectangular pocket has gcode, but waterline on 3d solid doesn't

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect gcode for the 3d solid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.15.1
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I attempted to catch the command window message when running post-process.
After the BatchPushCutter3 steps complete it says something about:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HeeksCNC\HeeksCNC>#pause
'#pause' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
inoperable program or batch file.

As an aside I used print-screen to capture this info by taking a snapshot of
the command window just at the right moment - it would be nice to have a way to
keep these command windows open on errors. They go away immediately after the
runs.

I am finding that this might be a Windows 7 thing, since when I run it on XP
(my shop computer) it works for mm units. Also for inch units, it looks like
the units are not being converted for all the parameters correctly, resulting
in some wild looking tool paths.

Same problem for me.

I only have a Win 7 computer.

This error comes up after Weave...build()...

Would be nice to get a solution.
