Hmmm @microwavenby This passes locally when I run npm run e2e, so I'm not sure why it's failing remotely. I think in the playwright CI job, we need to expose the dir so that we can download the test-results files and debug them directly.

@makaelastephens I wrote a PR https://github.com/navapbc/wic-participant-recertification-portal/pull/27 that, once merged, should fix/address the failing Playwright CI test.
