I'm a bit confused about the problem statement line

"Where do we want to integrate the data persistence layer" I don't think that's answered in the ADR

I think I was trying to get at: does the application have a database or is all the data stored locally in the client's browser until it's submitted to the Mock API? I'll add some content to clarify that
