Dropdown checklist is not being displayed in correct position after window scroll. #321

** What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use jquery-1.9.1.js with ui.dropdownchecklist.js

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

we have created multiselect drop down checklist using above js. The dropdown 
has been created correctly and displayed as expected during initial screen load.

But when we scroll down the window, the dropdown list is being displayed in 
different position. that is where it has been loaded during initial screen load.

our expectation:
 Dropdown list should displayed in correct position even after window scroll.

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version: v1.4
-- jQuery version:1.9.1
-- jQuery UI version:1.8.21
-- Browser and version:IE9
