Removed travis CI YML file #896

@aguycalled @chasingkirkjufell I think we can remove .travis.yml for now, since it's no longer working, and I don't think they have a free plan for opensource projects anymore.

I think we should look into the cirrus CI that upstream BTC is now using. I'll create a PR for a replacement once I've done some more research.
