xNAV transaction fails when subtracting fee from amount #907

send nav or xnav to an xnav address will fail if subtract fee from amount is selected on core wallet latest commit 346cc66d @mxaddict @aguycalled

Does this only happen on latest master? Or also on 7.x releases?

I can only say it failed on latest master and the 7.0.1 release
