Profile photo doesn't stick on first upload #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign up to use for the first time
2. Add profile photo
3. Profile photo doesn't stick. Have to add it a second time to get it to
stick.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried to upload my picture during signup and in the settings tab. Didn't 
stick even
with multiple attempts. 

Using FF3 on latest Mac OS. Pic attached.
