Can't open reaper now that I created reasonus with my fadrport 16 #38

Hello, I was trying on my latest veroin of Windows 10 reaper to use reasonus . I added the osc controll, i think that is waht it is called, or it is CSI (CONTROL SERFICE INTIGRATOR) in reaper. But when it asked me in the reaper preferences to add my faderport or the csi control of my faderport 16, reaper crashed. Now I cant get back to the preferences in reaper to delete the csi that I added. How do i get back into reaper without reaper crashing?

RESET REAPER TO FACTORY RESETS AND IM GOOD NOW
