C3 and Billboard #641

@netil have you reached out to the one person on C3 (@kt3k) that's doing some work to maintain it? I posted an issue on the C3 page in the hopes that these projects could be combined somehow. At the very least, can we depend on fixes applied to C3 will then be applied to Billboard?

@ataft, I'm pretty sure that you already read the initial reason of the fork.

From that point, billboard.js had lots of changes in terms of the codebase and the functionalities and... literally I can say C3.js and billboard.js are different libraries now.

I didn't contacted to the current maintainer and I have no plan on doing it, because after the fork, they showed up the intention on keep maintaining the C3.js, but I'm not seeing an active changes happening at all.

Is difficult(or sensitive) topic on expressing some opinion about it as a maintainer of the billboard.js. Just I'm hoping reach an optimistic "result", but all depends from the users(or community).

Anyway, the billboard.js project is opened for anyone who wants to participate making improvements, which I'm desperately waiting for that. :)

OK, thanks. I can see the hard work that you're putting into Billboard and it's much appreciated! Many thanks to you and the original C3 project as well.
