Audio filter adding order #19

The audio filter order is very important when processing audio signal. When adding the new audio filter, this should be the last of filter chain not like now (going into top). Please check the current version of OBS audio filter behavior.

Thanks for your nice suggestion！We will modify it in a coming version to implement as OBS did.
