스크립트 변경 반영이 잘 안됩니다. 스크립트에 오류는 안뜨는데 스크립트 문제인가요 아니면 컴퓨터 문제일까요

단순한 로그 변경을 해도 컴퓨터를 껐다 키고 Force Rebuild를 해도 바로 변경되지 않고 한참 뒤에 반영이 돼서 작업하는데 어려움이 있습니다. 제 스크립트에 오류가 있어서 바로 반영이 안되는 것일까요? 아니면 컴퓨터 문제라도 있는 것일까요? 한 두번 이런 문제를 겪는게 아니어서 전에도 메일로 질문을 드렸는데 여전히 해결이 되지 않네요ㅠㅠ
