Transform numerics in selected cells into russian/english text Examples:

English:

• 123 -> One hundred and twenty three
• 321 -> Three hundred and twenty one
• 12.34 -> Twelve and thirty four hundredths

Russian:

• 123 -> Сто двадцать три
• 321 -> Триста двадцать один
• 12.34 -> Двенадцать целых тридцать четыре сотых

Add other languages if possible
