Assesment/multipleoption

Implemented the MCQ & SCQ for the Assessment.

1. In the Assessment part, I have added the multiple-choice feature with the single-choice.
2. I removed the button (answer & explanation).
3. I added the Styling part for the correct and incorrect options with the logos.
4. Showing the MSG after the first attempt before retry the assessment.
5. Customized code for less than 4, 4, or more options.
6. After the first attempt, if all options are not correct, then the selected options will have a greyish background.
7. Correct or incorrect will be displayed after the last attempt.
8. Option Lable was not clickable. Now it is.
9. The checkbox of the correct option is also in a round shape.
10. Updated the design for the options, and removed the card pattern.
