Developers getting errors when clicking on Get OTP button in Volunteer Automation in localhost.

Additional context @saquibaijaz It doesn't required testing as the issue is in local only

@Poonam-Singh-Bagh, please close the issue if this does not require testing and move it to "Ready for Deployment."
