Execution Limit Error on moodle by API #332

We saw that our API and curriculum code get error through execution. Need to Fix that issue.

21-06-24 Today will work on execution error Limit.

25.06.24 I checked for curriculum and slack msges and all others. Some ranges are not working where some are working. Curriculum: 1-800 (manually testing is working these are successfully executed) UpdateAllMoodleData: 801-1200 (this range is working because data is coming on curriculum level).

we need help on it.

25.06.24 We didn't get any specific point for execution error bcz it was happend only once till now a days. So we left this here and if we will get error again than will see it again.
