Today I will discuss the student ghar structure with Kajal and then start working on it.

I have some doubts about the dropout flow, so I tested it again with Kajal. For that reason, I am not able to start this task yet

Today I will coordinate with Kajal to understand the student ghar structure then work on leave for students.

Understand the structure of ghar.student with kajal then creates the basic structure in doc but needs to understand the Ghar leave structure in ghar for that I will coordinate with Varsha then complete the doc.

22.7.24 Yesterday i coordinated with varsha and understood the flow of ghar leaves and work on doc Today i will coordinate with varsha for understand the ExamLeaveValidationForOneYear function and then work on doc.

23.7.24 I coordinated with varsha for resolve my doubts and then worked on the engineering doc. Today after reviewing I will work on implementation in ghar.student.

24.7.24 the leave engineering document was reviewed by Jyoti or Shahi, but Kajal left it fo review. I will start implementation after Kajal's and vijay's review.

24.7.24 discussed with kajal regarding displaying the student data in ghar.students and Vijay added some comments I will answer and then set up a meeting to discuss the engineering doc.

26.7.24 I answered all comments and think the scenarios of how to solve it. Today will have discuss meeting of comments then accordingly I will start my work.

29.7.24 I discused with kajal or jyoti sharma about doc for crud senario for student leave. but there need to more discuss about the crud scenario with kajal or jyoti. so for that I will coordinate with them.

30.7.24 yesterday i discuss about the doc with kajal and jyoti sharma where create a doc but our method is storing data in two please that's why we drop the method then try to find another why where need to investigate about it.

today we work on investigation for new method.

31.7.24 yesterday I tried to hide/show fields in ghar student but I am not able to find the logic its a bit complex I will work the same task.

1.8.24 I worked show/hide form fields in the ghar.student I achieved that but the pages need to discuss the logic with Kajal and then work on 3rd point "Ensure that student cannot edit any field other than what is in the form".

2.8.24 I worked with varsha on edit scenario or report where we can give edit access on the pending status but I tried to auto-populate data in the form due to other workflows we am not able to display data today i will work on auto-populate values.

3.8.24 I worked on auto-populate data in form and then worked on Slack notification is also done. Today I will coordinate with kajal then for further work.

5.8.24 i worked on Slack message send to the different campus channels that I found but need to test it so today I will test it.

6.8.24 I searched about sending slack notification in multi-channel then coordinated with Kajal to test the integration two application flows according to Zoho reply. Today I will implement it for student leave

7.8.24 I worked on leave by the creating the component but there I was facing issue to assigning the value in the field. Today I will work on it

worked on assign the value from the component link its done but not able to auto-display the student data in the form I will work on this. for that also I will coordinate with kajal.

i worked kajal and we test it we found if I assign value by ghar.student the form workflow didn't work. i will spend time for more investigate how can we use component link.

26.08.2024 Yesterday I was spend timing to check the how the flow is going and read the document for leave. I tried to understand how we control the same form fields for another application and how we autopupulate the fields values.

Today will try to hide and autopopulate the field values according to login user email.

27.08.2024 yesterday I was trying to autopopulate the data in form trying to hide the fields and value for others.

Today will try to check this how this will work for the ghar.student.

28.08.2024 Yesterday I was trying to update the details in code to apply the autopopulate details. But it wasn't working

29.08.2024 Yesterday I was trying to auto populate it works but half details. Only so today I also spen the time on it.

30.08.2024 Yesterday I was trying to autopopulate emails with name it wasn't working but that time was some error and gave the data error. After I debug the code and I got it was working with different syntax. It was auto populate successfully but it gives not proper result so I discuss this issue with kajal and she remove the autopopulate things.

So today will work for display the left leaves report.

31.08.2024 Yesterday I was looking in to the all workflows for available leaves and there are four to five workflows which are looking by us.

I saw there were we get negative values in available leaves which is not suitable for my understanding to display on ghar students. So we need to check those all very carefully why the all are givign available leaves in negative.

02.09.24 I was trying to understand the negative valus but it wasn't clear for me. So I co-ordinate with varsha. we need to work for these workflows and will populate this report for all available leaves.

03.09.2024 YesterYesterday we disussd the things with vijay and than I was looking into the display things which are need to be hidden or shown on both fields.

Today will need to discuss some things about shown or hide.

29-10-2024 Yesterday I was working on testing the landing page with all flows. I also write doc for leave. We have two wireframe I need to confirm that which one will be decided. So i can do further work.

Today onwards i will work on Leave doc and then send it to review.

As they reviewd then i will send it to you. And if reqired the changes than will do updates in doc.

25-11-2024 Last I was working on api it was not fetching data so I take help form kajal. I give it to kajal bcz I also not getting console. So I am continue with api.
