Bulk update validation and Slack Notifications for Student Status #376

If our AA's or CA's update the student status in bulk then there will be no validation applicable for date and reason field which should be mandatory now onwards. So need to work on it.

Need to send the notification if there will be any new change in status update other than active.

25.07.2024 Yesteday I pushed the status code and do some update in that and will found bulk editing issue during that so we need to update the things for this editing.

Today will start work on bulk editing feature.

26.07.2024 yesteday I writes code for bulk update and tested it was working for only reason field.

today will goes to set the date for per status.

29.07.2024 yesterday I spend time to bulk update notification for drop out and set the date for particular status. So now we set the code for drop out notification in bulk.

Today will prepa.re slack msg for null reason field.

30.07.2024 yesterdaay i prepare slaack msg for null reason field and we tested the status field with date then there is bug something wen wrong in code.

So today will spent time to resole that error how we fix the dates for particular status.

31.07.2024 Yesterday I set the code for date functionality but i was unable to find the way to fix the reason field which is not good for bulk updation method.

Today I will co-ordinate with team and discuss the scenerio want some suggestion from them.

01.08.2024 Yesterday I had discussion with varsha and goldy I tried to make some logic for reason field so that we able to find how to check the reason field. But there was no solution found by us. Still we are stuck on same.

Today is electricity issue by yesterday 6Pm but today I will also try to work for reason field.

02.08.2024 Yesterday there was not any progress bcz power cut was here today so today I will work for reason field I get some hints to resolve this today I will try my logic once more than co-ordinate with some other or with shashi.

03.08.2024 Yesterday I wrote code its sometime works or sometimesits not.

Today will connect with team and discuss this issue.

05.08.2024 Yesterday I co-ordiante with goldy and varsha the code was same as now which is working. At that time when we call it by workflow it dosn't work but when we write in a funciton and we call that than its working fine.

So today I will testing this and will testing with code testers also.

06.08.2024 Yestrday when I was doing testing by myself the code was not working well there was some so i spent time on resolve that bug and during the testing with varsha andgoldy I feel there is onw more issue so I resolve that and at that time it was working fine and we tested it with all scenerios.

Need to testing it today also will take decision wht to do next for this.

07.08.2024 yersterday I tested my code by myself and with goldy and varsha and checked notinication with shashi.

Today will push the changes on ghar.

08.08.2024 Yesterday I was pushing the changes in ghar for bulk status update. and had a look into the moodle error.

Today I will test the bulk status changes on ghar bcz there are some functionality is not working. Need to check those.

09.08.2024 Yesterday I face the issue in old status storing so that I spend time on that. It was not working well for the scenario is happening.

So today I also take time to resolve old status.

12.08.2024 Yesterday I was fixing th date issue. I spend time to test the date code.

today will fix all codes for bulk updation. Need to also fix the msg format will push today.

13.08.2024 Yesterday i spent time to resolve the status storing issue with the help of kajal but it didn't.t work. So can we use another ways to resolve this.

14.08.2024 I tried all edited workflows and by quick view also. But there is no any other way find by me still to resolve this. Today I will fix the meet with Shashi and will discuss the issue.

16.08.2024 Yesterday I spent time to look into the reason field which cause some error. Today will push the changes after testing.

19.08.2024 Yesterday there was some changes requiwred for dropout status. So I spent time to resolve the drop notification and do some more validation during the status change for same reason drop out.

20.08.2024 Yesterday I spent time to fix the codes and hide the unwanted fields. Also check the drop out flow.

21.08.2024 Yesterday we found that during editing the workflows were overlap each other and running at same time so we tried to resolved it.
