ReadTheory Slack Notification, function, and schedule are done from my end. Just need to do testing, so I will coordinate with Varsha and Goldy for that.

Worked on solving error - Custom Schedule = ExecuteLearningProviderSchedules, Function name = getReadTheoryCurrentData.
