Donor Mgt Enhancements

• [x] Use Cohort Size as number of student that needs to be their in the donor cycle. We should be able show occupancy in donor cycle. bundle at campus level
• [x] In Company view we need to see the student status count. i.e for each donor cycle in company view what are count of status of students
• [x] In the company view we need Cohort Size occupancy figures
• [x] NG Support for each year/ each campus needs to be replaced by a single Ng Donor cycle
• [x] When no donor is supporting any student it should automatically get to Ng Donor cycle

Yesterday, I worked on the donor gap issue and then i stared (occupancy in donor cycle) task. Today, I will continue with it.

I tested the donor gap flow, pushed the changes with Vijay, and worked on the task related to occupancy in donor cycles at the campus level. After discussing with Shasi, now need to add:-

1. front view that shows the donor cycles or total active donor cycles for each campus.
2. filters for year, campus, donor cycle input, and donor cycle.

I checked the impact if we do this change :-

1. NG Support for each year/ each campus needs to be replaced by a single Ng Donor cycle.
2. Wrote a function for :- (When no donor is supporting any student it should automatically get to Ng Donor cycle) but that is not complete.

Today, I'll discuss to Vijay about the impact of the 1 point, then I'll make the remaining changes.

After discussing the donor task issue with Vijay, I investigated how to implement a single Ng Donor cycle for all students. I have a few queries that I will discuss with vijay and when Shashi returns.

I worked on showing occupancy in donor cycles, bundled at the campus level. After that, I started working on displaying the count of student statuses for each donor cycle in the company view, Continue with this task today.

Lasted day, I completed issue point no. 2 (In Partner detail view showing the count of student statuses) today. I'll connect with Shashi to rename the reports, then start on the remaining changes.

I worked on the 3rd issue (Cohort Size occupancy figures in the company view) and coordinated with Shashi for donor reviewing, but we couldn’t finish due to time constraints. Today, I'll review my changes with Varsha and Goldy, then move on to point 4 (replacing NG Support for each year/campus with a single Ng Donor cycle).

Pushed the changes to production with Vijay, Shashi, and Varsha, and we discussed the single support cycle. After that, I started working on COG-21, and I'll continue with that task today.

Worked on these scenario :-

1. I added a new multi-select campus field in the "Add Donor Cycle" section to assign all campuses under one NG Support cycle. However, this approach is not allowing us to get school data for each individual campus.

2. We can't change the campus field from a single-select to a multi-select option.

3. If we add a multi-select field for campus, we will need to remove the old campus field. However, deleting the old field will cause us to lose all the existing donor campus data.

4. Having two campus fields isn't good for the user interface. It could confuse users when they add a new donor, as they won’t know which campus field to use.

Today, I will continue with same task.

I made changes to the "Add donor cycle" form as discussed and now i'm working on :-

1. Try bulk editing in the NG support cycle.
2. Write a function to assign a student to a single NG support cycle.

I tested the bulk edit scenario for the single NG support cycle and created workflows to make the campus and school fields mandatory. and hide the campus and school fields based on the NG support cycle.
