• [x] Laptop Counts by Category.

• [x] Design a form that takes in count of Assets coming in AMS.

• [x] Count the number of laptops at each campus.

• [x] Only the logged-in associate who created the barcode can see the generated report.

• [x] Store data based on each session.

• [x] When we fill basic data for any barcode in the godown, we need a separate report for that data.

• [ ] Send a weekly notification if an employee leaves the job.

• [ ] Get data on how many laptops will be received and transferred.

Documentation:

• [ ] Create a document or guide that outlines the flow of the Asset Management System (AMS).

• [ ] Dashboard UI : Implement a user interface similar to the image provided, with a categorized view for each campus.

• [ ] Pie Chart : Include a pie chart that displays the assets distribution for each campus.

• [ ] Transfer feature : Enhance the transfer feature by adding two new columns: "Godown" and "Type of User."

Current View:

• [ ] Asset Timeline Report:

Remove the "+" (Plus) button from the Asset Timeline report. Replace the "Owner" label with "Allotted" in the report.

Doubts: Need some clarification on the “Godown” column, which value we are going to store in it and will it be different from the Campus name. “Types of Laptops” which value we are storing in it. (need some explanation “Types of Laptops(In Kind, NG Owned, etc).

I created a report with filters for date, campus, and username in the barcode report to store data for each session, as discussed in the last call. I also wrote a function to track how many laptops will be received and transferred, but I have some questions about this. Today, I'll coordinate with Shashi and continue working on this task.
