3 - Jab bhi parentExerciseId null hoga json mei, toh json.loads function usse Non ki tarah read karega, and jabchildExercises, khaali list hoga, toh [] ki tarah hi python meijson.loads` function aapko return karega.

Bhaiya can you explain this point what I have to do in this point.
