[Feature] support of user mention via adaptive cards #25

Great concourse resource, many thanks for that! Any plans on supporting user mentions via adaptive cards?

Thanks @klhex - adaptive cards support seems like a good enhancement. I'll give it a try and ping you if I get it working.

@klhex I've had trouble maintaining a working Teams account to test in as my work isn't on Teams anymore. But I like the cards and it doesn't look hard. I'll see if I can get a personal account going again....

@navicore BTW, if you have trouble getting a suitable Teams account, I could also provide a webhook URL to a test channel I have control of and then you could send some test messages and I could tell you how the result in Teams looks like.

FYI I moved the notification to adaptive cards, but I did not build support for user mentions (which is part of this request). User mentions are ... not straight-forward.
