Fix the listed platforms of the Feishin desktop app as it is also available for Windows.

Are you sure it is available for Windows? It is not listed in the release page: https://github.com/jeffvli/feishin/releases

It is available for Windows. Just click Show all 18 assets on the release page, then you see the release for Windows.
