feat: add public playlist visibility flag documentation #166

I just saw that you changed the default to be "Public", as opposed to the current default "Private". I think we should leave the default as is, giving the option to change the behaviour. I'll make the changes in the code, but please update this PR.

Yeah I did, and I think I mentioned elsewhere. It's a more sensible default in my opinion, although now that I think about it, it makes sense only if playlists were imported. Unfortunately I deleted the original folder, can you please change it back or is it a problem? Thanks
