error creeps in stating “one file couldn’t be read” when one or more files is currently open in word #53

Expected behavior

All story files read in properly when using the 'import documents' widget

Actual behavior

When one has one or more of the story documents open in word when trying to read in the data, an error occurs saying it does not read in the file properly

Steps to reproduce the behavior

read in data, while having that same data open in word

Additional info (worksheets, data, screenshots, ...)

not a bug, we will put this in the known issues in the read tge docs documentation
